How to Give Books
Donations of new, unused books are gratefully accepted! Hospitalized children cannot be exposed to any germs and bugs, so we must be careful that the books we receive as donations are clean and new. To donate new books, contact our Child Life Supervisor, Maria Gaskins, at ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children‘s Hospital at (419) 291-7441.
How to Give Bucks
If you would prefer to donate money, we will gratefully accept your gift and use it for the purchase of more books and library resources. Your money goes straight to help the children, like Angie, who have to stay at the hospital. To donate money to Angie‘s Place, donate online by clicking HERE, or send your donation in care of Angie‘s Place to ProMedica Foundation, MSC S18830, 100 Madison Ave., Toledo, OH 43604. You can also contact the Foundation office online at Promedica.org or by calling (419) 291-0206.
Volunteers are warmly welcomed! Come and help read to children in Angie‘s Place or deliver books and read to kids in their hospital room. You can play with puppets and our puppet stage! To volunteer, please call volunteer resources at Toledo Children‘s Hospital at (419) 291-3648.
